Blue Whale Car Wash

Extremely disappointed where's my car wash. I got their highest Car Wash and interior wipe down option I had been on a trip, my car interior and exterior or dirtier than normal so I ticket for professional service. Even after expressing dissatisfaction as it did not look like down, washed or vacuum I was told, "this is as good as it's going to get." It looks unclean and as if I paid for no service. I have several pictures denoting the poor quality that I will be posting to Yelp. Save your money and do it yourself or go anywhere else. They even left the chalk on the window.

I don't usually leave this type of review, but unfortunately I have to. I took my 2023 Ford Bronco to be washed and chose the bumper to bumper service and for them to detail it perfectly inside and out. Honestly, they charged me $180 and it was terrible service. They didn't clean the rims, they didn't clean it well inside, the spare tire in the back wasn't washed, and the front bumper was all dirty underneath. Honestly, they should do something because a $180 detailed service should mean a car leaves there in practically excellent condition, not with all these kinds of issues.

I use them, but not now. There $6.95 wash is just a rinse now. The grease pen that they put on the windows was still on the car after the wash. I then polished the car after and 6 pads where dark with dirt. Over $7 for a rinse. Negative.

Blue Whale Car Wash was an extremely disappointing experience. I went in expecting a clean car, but instead left with a vehicle that looked almost as dirty as before. The exterior was streaky, full of water spots, and dirt remained on the lower panels and rear bumper, suggesting the wash was rushed or incomplete. The wheels and rims were equally neglected, still coated with brake dust and grime. Inside, the cleaning was even worse. Dust covered the dashboard, center console, and cup holders, and crumbs and debris were still visible under the seats and on the floor mats. The vacuuming seemed superficial, barely touching the hidden areas. Door panels, air vents, and edges around buttons were ignored, showing a complete lack of attention to detail. For the price paid, the service was unacceptable. Blue Whale clearly prioritizes speed over quality, leaving customers with a car that is far from properly cleaned. Between the dirty exterior, water spots, dusty interior, and careless approach, this car wash fails at its most basic task. I would not recommend Blue Whale Car Wash to anyone seeking a thorough, professional cleaning, and I certainly will not be returning.

I paid $30 for an interior and exterior clean on my car. I was surprised how fast my car was ready. This should have been my sign that they were not detailed oriented at all on my clean. The exterior looks wonderful. The interior, on the other hand, looks awful. They didn't vacuum in any nooks or crannies in my center console, cup holders, or doors. The carpet looks like it was quickly vacuumed. The dashboard is still obviously dusty. It doesn't look like they took a cloth to it at all. I will need to go home and completely redo the inside of my car with my own vacuum and washcloth. I definitely would never use this car wash again.
